Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy Brain Stickers from Unlock Inner Me LTD ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.

 

What we sell

 

We sell physical NFC stickers. They are a trigger for the Unlock Inner Me iPhone app: the sticker itself holds a random code and nothing else, and it does nothing without the app installed. The app requires iOS 18 or later. Buying a sticker does not include an app subscription, and a subscription does not include stickers.

 

Orders and prices

 

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States. We ship within the United States only.

 

We may correct an obvious pricing or description error, or decline or cancel an order, at any time before it ships. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

 

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a shipping confirmation.

 

Shipping, returns and refunds

 

These are covered by our Shipping policy and our Return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

 

Using the stickers

 

The stickers are for personal use. Please do not resell them, copy the artwork, or represent them as your own product. The Unlock Inner Me name, logo and sticker designs remain ours.

 

A sticker placed in a shared or public space can be tapped by anyone who can reach it. That is how a place sticker is meant to work, and it is your decision where to put one.

 

What we do not promise

 

The stickers are sold as they are. We do not promise that a sticker will work with every phone, every case, or every future version of iOS. Apple controls how iPhones read NFC tags and can change that behaviour.

 

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

 

Changes

 

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

 

Governing law

 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
